- Establish and nurture long-term, sustainable relationships with assigned accounts, acting as the single point of contact for all technical engagements.
- Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Account Manager to identify and prioritize strategic technical activities that drive account growth and expand Synopsys’ footprint.
- Map customer requirements to Synopsys solutions, leveraging expertise across industry verticals and product lines.
- Coordinate technical resources worldwide—including presales, support, consulting, and training—to execute account growth strategies and deliver on customer expectations.
- Monitor technical support activities, ensuring follow-up and coaching for staff and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Facilitate strong connections between customer teams and Synopsys development for effective resolution of defects and enhancement requests.
- Support account-based marketing strategies to drive technology adoption and deployment initiatives.
- Lead opportunity qualification and drive technical campaigns for complex customer engagements.
- Advise on market sizing initiatives and contribute to product enhancement and competitive positioning.
- Champion technology deployment and adoption, including partner solutions, to maximize customer value.
