• Duration: 12‑month contract with potential for extension or conversion
• Hours: 37.5 hrs/week (9 AM – 5 PM, Mon–Fri)
• Start Date: January 2026
• Pay Range: $35‑45/hr T4

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a keen interest in the wealth management direct investing domain. This role supports senior analysts and project teams by assisting with documentation, data analysis, and coordination between stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and basic technical skills are essential.

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for investment banking systems.
• Review vendor documentation and summarize impacts for internal teams.
• Support QA teams by helping align test cases with requirements.
• Perform basic data analysis and write simple SQL queries under guidance.
• Help identify data gaps and inconsistencies; escalate findings to senior team members.
• Participate in meetings with vendors and internal teams; take detailed meeting notes.
• Maintain organized documentation, including meeting minutes and change logs.
• Support integration and testing activities as directed by senior analysts.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Basic understanding of wealth management domain.
• Ability to learn SQL and perform basic data checks.
• Detail‑oriented and organized; able to follow processes accurately.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and collaborating with multiple teams.

• 1‑3 + years of BSA experience.
• Exposure to wealth management or capital markets domain.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
• Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies (academic or practical experience).
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn advanced data techniques.
