BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Full-time, on‑site) IT Support Specialist (L2) in Switzerland.
Skills- Advanced troubleshooting & root cause analysis
- Handling escalated L2 tickets via ITSM tools
- Windows & macOS system administration support
- Active Directory & Office 365 support
- Networking & VPN troubleshooting
- Provide on‑site Level 2 IT support and advanced technical troubleshooting
- Support hardware, software, and end users
- Handle escalations from Level 1 support
- Basic to intermediate networking support
- Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Valid Swiss work permit
- Fluency in English & local language (French preferred)
- Previous experience as a Level 2 IT Support Specialist
