• Configure, roll out, and support the Ambulatory and Link Epic applicationapen(s)

• Analyze and determine system requirements and specifications while documenting workflow analysis
• Provide guidance and support to end-users to enhance the use of Epic and resolve system issues

• Manage small to medium projects independently and update stakeholders on progress

• Minimum 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• Required education:
  Associate's Degree (or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree)
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months of employment
• Excellent customer service skills and strong organizational skills
• Highly effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
