Job DescriptionWe are looking for Quality Assurance Analyst
. This position will be full-time and Hybrid - Bengaluru.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare corresponding test cases and test data.
- Perform manual and automation testing to validate software functionality and quality.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Java Selenium.
- Identify suitable test cases for automation and ensure timely execution of automation suites.
- Log, track, and report defects; collaborate with development teams to ensure closure.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and share test execution reports and summaries.
- Work independently to manage assigned modules and deliver quality results within timelines.
- Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in BE/MCA/MSc (Computer Science or related field).

Experience:
Around 5 years, including. - Manual Testing:
Minimum 2–3 years. - Automation Testing (Java Selenium):
Minimum 2 years. - Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.
- Hands‑on experience in defect management and test case management tools.
- Good analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Preferred:
- ISTQB certification or exposure to manufacturing/distribution systems
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
