The position is remote, contract-based, and requires close collaboration with the founder to ensure messaging consistency and integrity.

• Initiate and manage direct message conversations with prospective members on social media platforms, primarily Instagram and Tik Tok.
• Qualify leads and guide them through the conversion process with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain detailed records of conversations, conversion rates, and feedback for ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with the founder to refine messaging and ensure alignment with community values.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
• Provide regular reports on lead engagement and conversion metrics.

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media lead conversion, or community management, preferably with high-value or private clientele.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy, discretion, and clarity.
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with tact.
• Demonstrated ability to convert leads without resorting to aggressive or spammy tactics.
• Experience working remotely and managing confidential information.
• Familiarity with Instagram and Tik Tok DM features and best practices.
• Availability for full-time contract work and flexibility to adapt to evolving community needs.
