• Defineandvalidatethe Learningtargetoperatingmodel,ensuring consistency,scalability,andalignmentwithglobalstandardswhileaccommodatinglocalneeds
• Facilitateglobalandlocalworkshopswith
  
  L&D,HR,andbusinessstakeholderstocapture,structure,andprioritiserequirements,drivinginformeddecision-making
• Governintegratorandsolutiondesign,reviewingandconstructivelychallengingconfigurationstoensurealignmentwithbusinessintent,Workday governance,andlong-termAMSsustainability
• Ownfunctionaldocumentation(workbooks,design documents,decision logs) andvalidatethequalityofthesolution(hands-onconfigurationisaplus,not required)
• Driveadoptionandreadinessbysupportingchangeandenablementactivities,preparing
