As a Software Support Engineer, you will collaborate with talented professionals, applying your technical and analytical skills to support secure, user-friendly applications that make a real impact on the market.

Please note that this position is based in Inexto Spain. We require a hybrid working model, with regular presence at our Madrid office.

• Manage second-level application support
• Create and monitor support requests with our ticketing tool
• Filter and fix issues and escalare if necessary
• Ensure communication with our development teams in Europe
• Investigate logs/traces on Microsoft systems
• Support the integration of our solution in various industries and customers

• 3+ years in a Software or IT environment
• Good SQL language knowledge (queries, etc.)
• Basic SQL Server and IIS knowledge
• Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/UDP)
• Good knowledge of the Windows environment, including Windows Server
• Customer-oriented, solution-oriented,analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel from time to time
• Very good English level (spoken and written)
