Junior Project Manager with German

Your Tasks

• Take on responsibilities in various roles, such as Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Project Management Officer (PMO)
• Assist organizations in (strategic) IT projects & transformations
• Be the right hand of the project manager/scrum master and provide project support for complex IT projects
• Help create and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate project tasks and keep track of progress
• Update stakeholders on project status regularly
• Be involved in identifying and addressing project risks and issues
• Gather and document business requirements
• Work with development teams to ensure requirements are clear and implemented correctly
• Optimize processes and workflows through modern tools, including AI
• Maintain project documentation and templates
• Be involved in the creation of project reports and presentations for committees
• Support the improvement of project management processes and tools
• Facilitate Scrum meetings and ensure the team follows Scrum practices

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong process management, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail
• Empathy, communication skills, and strong team spirit
• Independent and structured way of working
• High willingness to learn and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong IT affinity and a passion for software and AI technologies
• Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Think Cell, Outlook), ideally also experienced in using MS Teams
• Speak fluent business English and German
• Enjoy occasional travel to the customers (approximately 5–6 times per year)
