Location: Indiana
- Betreuung der bestehenden SAP HCM Systemlandschaft und/oder Successfactors
- Kontinuierliche konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Geschäftsprozesse im SAP HCM
- Anforderungsanalyse sowie Erarbeitung entsprechender Lösungskonzepte mit anschliessender Implementierung
- Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen IT-Abteilung, Entwicklern, Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern
- Aktive Mitarbeit an facettenreichen SAP Projekten
, wie bspw. Rollouts und Implementierung neuer Tools im SAP Umfeld
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im IT Bereich oder eine Ausbildung im selben Bereich mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als SAP HCM Consultant (m/w/d), vorzugsweise mit Payroll
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse gepaart mit einer teamorientierten Arbeitsweise ergänzen Ihr Profil
