Proposals Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple deals with medium to moderate complexity.
• Manage all aspects of proposal logistics, including setting up shared proposal sites, scheduling and leading status meetings, creating and distributing draft outlines of deliverable documents to pursuit teams, maintaining version control for documents on shared sites, ensuring consistent document formatting, and preparing deliverables for final submission.
• Ensure a clear bid calendar / proposal development plan is established and maintained, with ownership of each deliverable assigned and all team members fully aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
• Raise red flags with management when due dates or customer requirements are not being met or followed by the pursuit team to ensure timely delivery of compliant and professionally produced proposals.
• Perform detailed review of the RFx with a focus on client requirements and populate the first draft of the response documents leveraging contents from the document repository to share it with the pursuit team.
• Work with cross‑functional team members involved in the pursuit such as from Sales, Solution, Consulting, Delivery, Legal, HR, and Finance.
• Collaborate with Editors and Graphic Designers to produce high-quality responses and visuals that align with internal brand guidelines.
• Ensure the deliverable documents created and maintained are as per the internal guidelines aligning with the client requirements.
• Create proposal/presentation material by working with Technical SMEs, Finance, Legal, and the sales lead to organize and lay out the presentation of the proposal for the orals.
• Adding/creating best‑in‑class content to the Content Library.
