Freelance Web Developer

This role involves designing and building three independent static websites to support streamlined operations across multiple business areas, including consultancy services, compliance, and media. Each website will function as a clear, accessible information hub, presenting services, values, and expertise while guiding visitors to relevant platforms and contact points. The focus is on delivering modern, clean, and mobile-first static sites that are easy to maintain, scalable, and consistent in design language, without duplicating content or structure.

The successful candidate will ensure each site is performance-optimized, accessible, and deployable as a pure static solution, with no backend, CMS, or frameworks involved. The engagement covers the full development cycle, from design to deployment, with a delivery timeline of 2–4 weeks. There is potential for further collaboration on future projects upon successful completion.

• Design and develop three separate static websites, each with 4–6 pages and unique content/structure
• Implement a consistent, modern, and accessible design language across all sites
• Ensure mobile-first, responsive layouts for optimal performance on all devices
• Use HTML5, CSS3 or Tailwind, and JavaScript for light interactivity only
• Deliver clean, well‑documented source code for all sites
• Provide deployment support for launching the static sites
• Adhere to agreed quality, accessibility, and performance standards
• Complete all deliverables within a 2–4 week timeframe

• Proven experience building static websites using HTML5, CSS3 (or Tailwind), and Java Script
• Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, responsive, and accessible web design
• Ability to create and maintain a consistent design language across multiple sites
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to clean, maintainable code
• Experience with mobile‑first and performance‑focused development
• Familiarity with best practices for accessibility and SEO in static sites
• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver within tight deadlines
• Availability for deployment support and potential follow‑up work
• No requirement for backend, CMS, or frameworks; must be comfortable working with pure static site architecture
