• Assist in site merchandising by updating assets, taxonomy, and product listings using content management systems (CMS)
• Complete requests for new products, updates, and promotions following Agile methodology
• Conduct regular product catalog checks to ensure quality and resolve any listing errors
• Collaborate with the email development team to create landing pages for marketing campaigns
• Participate in meetings across departments to discuss project planning and functionality

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured manner
• Previous experience in eCommerce operations or related field
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot product listing errors
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders

• Experience with customer analytics and merchandising strategies
• Knowledge of email marketing and campaign execution
• Familiarity with data analysis tools to interpret customer behavior
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
