• Support Long Term Care Claims leadership with reports, data, and analytical insights
• Collaborate with business partners to understand their goals, gather business requirements, and develop key performance indicators dashboards
• Conceptualize, create, and automate dashboards in Power
  
  BI for tracking metrics and driving business recommendations
• Build and maintain reporting using tools such as SQL, Spotfire, and PowerBI
• Participate in strategic initiative projects by providing insight and data analysis

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical or technical discipline
• 2-5 years of professional experience developing SQL code in Oracle or Microsoft SQL
• Strong knowledge of managing and analyzing structured data using Microsoft Excel, SQL, and/or Python
• Proficiency in writing SQL and optimizing established SQL queries
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills with a critical thinking ability to identify trends

• Experience in creating dashboards and reports in PowerBI
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices
• Knowledge of the insurance or long-term care industry
• Ability to build strong relationships with senior management and stakeholders
• Experience with data-driven decision-making processes
