Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven professional to lead initiatives that enhance business growth and customer engagement. The role focuses on driving omnichannel strategies, digital campaign performance, and customer lifecycle management. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with PMT for brand building, therapy‑specific strategy development, and aligning digital initiatives with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage multichannel and retention marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, content, analytics, and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Lead performance marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, programmatic) to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of digital assets and campaigns.
  • Work closely with PMT to understand product lifecycle, therapy areas, and market dynamics.
  • Provide digital insights and competitive intelligence to support business strategy.
  • Drive therapy‑specific campaigns aligned with brand objectives.

Work Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or business strategy roles.

  • Proven track record of managing multichannel campaigns and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM (SF/custom) and marketing automation tools.
