Senior Data Analyst

TAD International Business Services Pvt. Ltd. is a leading IT outsourcing company, committed to delivering innovative software services to our global clients. We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in data modeling using Microsoft Fabric and and Azure Databricks to join our dynamic team.

• Analyze data using Power BI, Excel, or Notebooks, with experience in data modeling using UML or Entity Relationship Models.
• Develop and maintain T-SQL scripts, documenting business logic from SQL scripts.
• Demonstrate architectural skills in Microsoft Fabric, data ingestion, and pipeline management.
• Manage data sources, including Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Data storage Data lake, and SAP HANA databases.
• Use MS Fabric effectively in Power BI and migrate traditional Power BI reports to MS Fabric-based reports.
• Proactively advance architecture, documentation, and deliverables with solid engineering skills.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate business knowledge into sustainable technical solutions.

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data modeling, and SQL development.
• Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Excel, and Notebooks.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure (or Databricks), including data pipeline design, monitoring, and management.
• Strong understanding of MS Fabric Onelake, Azure Data storage Datalake v2, and Delta Parquet files.
• Experience with data modeling and reporting in Power BI, including traditional and MS Fabric setups.
• Ability to drive architecture, documentation, versioning, and deliverables forward with a proactive approach.
• Broad experience with Microsoft Fabric and understanding of its differences from Azure Databricks.
• Strong engineering mindset, focusing on versioning, testing, and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
