The company is expanding its footprint and is building a dedicated technical service team to support nationwide customers and partners.
Role PurposeThe Technical Support Engineer will provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for residential solar and storage products. This includes on-site installation guidance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and installer training, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to installers, distributors, and customers during installation, commissioning, and maintenance
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for inverters, storage systems, and associated components
- Deliver technical training sessions for partners, installers, and retail staff
- Assist the service team in providing product delivery and after-sales technical support
- Providing technical training and explaining technologies and technical details to clients and colleagues;
- Draw up technical documents (technical procedures, technical specifications, and technical presentations) based on the documents provided by the HQ
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- 3+ years of technical support or service experience in the solar industry (experience with residential inverters/storage strongly preferred).
- Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of PV systems
- Proficient in Romanian & English.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Romania.
- Work remotely but must based in Timișoara or Cluj.
