Guidewire Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance and hands-on experience managing Guidewire projects.

This role is responsible for leading end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business and regulatory objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for Guidewire implementations and enhancements.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure project execution aligns with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.
• Oversee project budgets, risk management, and issue resolution to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business users, IT teams, and vendors.
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership.

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in IT or insurance-related projects.
• Strong domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire modules such as Policy Center, Billing Center, and Claim Center.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in hybrid environments (Agile/Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
