Note:

Hybrid work environment is expected to be 1-week per month on-site in Middletown PA, varying with project needs.

We are seeking an SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to add to our team assisting the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) Information Technology (IT) Department. The PTC is engaging in an exciting and innovative technology solution to support their customer engagements; the solution is called the Unified Back Office Solution (UBOS). UBOS is an advanced back-office system that, when developed and deployed, will allow customers to engage with the PTC to address all their business needs, via a multitude of channels (web, mobile app, chatbot, chat, IVR, phone, social media, etc.).

- Design and implement SAP ChaRM within an SAP HANA Cloud environment, including all required technical and functional configurations.

- Fully document all created work associated with this position, including technical and functional designs and diagrams, test plans, test scripts, impact analysis reports, lessons learned, best practices for others to follow, plus any other documentation as required by the PTC. This documentation shall follow the format and / or templates as instructed by the PTC.

- Participate with all technical and functional teams to develop implementation and maintenance strategies, processes, procedures, and best practices for SAP ChaRM and Solution Manager system solutions.

- Assist with development of test plans to validate the solutions and components during ongoing implementations.

- Effectively leverage the latest capabilities of SAP components to assist with solution development.

- Setup SAP ChaRM for 5 system landscapes/retrofits in SAP S4 HANA, SAP Convergent Charging, and SAP Convergent Mediation environments.

- Perform impact analysis of new SAP releases on the current system landscape environments.

- Participate in implementing, and supporting, multi-landscape environments through client copies, system refreshes, and transport management within SAP ChaRM.

- Provide technical consulting and mentoring to the application development, functional, integration, and change & release management teams.

- Provide technical leadership and participation in functional and technical projects across multiple teams.

- Develop, and conduct, integration gate reviews for all releases.

- Obtain management approvals and make sure Change Management audit requirements are in place and met.

- Assess proposed designs to ensure the solution is not deviating from SAP’s and industry standards. Including ensuring the proposed design will not be a “throw-away” when the system is upgraded to new releases.

- Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.

- Lead and participate in project team activities for system work efforts related to enterprise systems.

- Work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned.

- Adhere to and follow all PTC standards, policies, and procedures.

- Utilize various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties.

- Perform tasks and other duties as related to this position and role, as assigned by the PTC.
