Job Duties / Functions Talent Acquisition & Strategic Growth
  • Full‑Cycle Talent Orchestration:
    Support full‑cycle recruiting for manufacturing, technical, and leadership roles, utilizing various sourcing tools and diverse platforms to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Onboarding:
    Facilitate an immersive onboarding experience integrating company culture.
  • Process Optimization:
    Drive efficiency in the hiring lifecycle by implementing and auditing HRIS/ATS automation and lean recruitment practices.
Total Rewards & Operations
  • Technical Payroll Support:
    Maintain proficiency in modern payroll and time‑tracking systems, providing backup support and ensuring data integrity.
  • Holistic Benefits Management:
    Lead benefit administration and open enrollment.
  • Digital Personnel Management:
    Maintain and audit digital employee records, ensuring 100% compliance with evolving data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Leave Management:
    Assist with coordinating all leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, PFL) with a focus on empathetic communication and operational continuity.
Retention & Workforce Development
  • Employee Experience & Retention:
    Participate in and identify opportunities to improve employee recognition and engagement programs.
  • Upskilling & Continuous Learning:
    Oversee training programs and administer WEDNET reimbursement program.
  • Safety Advocacy:
    Partner with the Safety Coordinator to promote a "Safety First" culture, ensuring all physical and psychological safety standards are met.
Compliance & Data Integrity
  • Regulatory Excellence:
    Ensure strict adherence to federal/state laws, including but not limited to Wage & Hour, OFCCP, DOL.
  • People Analytics:
    Utilize HR data to identify trends in turnover, absenteeism, and performance, providing actionable insights to the management team.
  • Impartial Investigations:
    Support or conduct data‑backed workplace investigations and assist in resolving workplace conflicts.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace following 5S lean manufacturing principles.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education:

    Associate Degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience/certification like SHRM‑CP).
  • Experience:

    3+ years in Human Resources, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Digital Fluency:
    Highly skilled in HRIS platforms, ATS software, and intermediate‑to‑advanced MS Office (specifically Excel for data analysis).
  • Analytical Thinking:
    Ability to interpret "people data" to identify risks or opportunities before they impact production.
  • Communication:
    Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to communicate across the shop floor and the C‑suite.
  • Adaptability:
    Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑tech production environment.
