Human Resources Intern – 2026 Summer Internship Program

Responsibilities

Support and organize intern team building activities during the 2026 summer session.

  • Manage communications for the intern class.
  • Organize events for the intern team (team-building events, weekly meetings).
  • Lead the intern team and assist in addressing concerns and improvements by coordinating weekly check-ins with the interns.

Spearhead summer activities – outings, weekly “lunch and learns” (or equivalent).

  • Assist in organizing and executing a company‑wide summer BBQ.
  • Execute 1–2 charity events for the summer.

Develop the 2027 Summer Intern Orientation.

  • Revise and update intern orientation slides, gather feedback on the 2026 internship program, and provide improvements.

Develop professional experience through exposure to executive management and mentorship opportunities.

Other projects and duties as assigned, including but not limited to:

  • Updating employee databases by inputting employee information and employment details.
  • Screening potential employees’ resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
  • Scheduling interviews with candidates.
  • Coordinating intern final project presentations.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business, or an equivalent field.
