Recruiter, HR / Recruitment Consultant, Talent Manager, Employee Relations
Accela Healthcare is seeking a knowledgeable and approachable Human Resources Generalist to support our team and help foster a positive, compliant, and engaged workplace environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being both strategic and hands-on — someone who can balance compliance, employee relations, recruitment support, and culture-building in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
Schedule
:
Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

- Support full-cycle recruitment efforts including posting, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding
- Conduct new hire orientation and ensure completion of required employment documentation
- Maintain accurate personnel files and HRIS records in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns
- Assist with employee relations matters, coaching, documentation, and investigations
- Track and manage leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, and benefits enrollment
- Support performance management and corrective action processes
- Assist with audits, surveys, and regulatory compliance related to healthcare and labor laws
- Promote employee engagement initiatives and help maintain a positive workplace culture
- 2 years of Human Resources experience required
- Healthcare or long-term care experience required
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems preferred
