HRIS & Operations Specialist

Schlouch Incorporated has been Eastern PA’s leading site preparation specialist since 1983 and we are still growing! As part of our growth, we are looking to add a well‑organized, detail-focused HR Operations & HRIS Specialist to our team to manage our HR systems, processes, workforce data, and recruiting workflows. This role helps keep our people systems accurate, efficient, and easy to use.

• Manage, improve, and support our HRIS and onboarding systems
• Maintain accurate employee records and documents
• Coordinate & track training, certifications, and compliance
• Support recruiting through job postings, offers, and ATS management
• Coordinate background checks and new hires
• Create reports and dashboards for HR and leadership
• Build and maintain HR workflows and processes

• Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms (UKG a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable working with data and reports
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Strong communication skills
• HR certification preferred but not required

  Experience:
  
  starting at $75,000 annually

Must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to successfully pass a criminal background check, physical and drug screen.
