Description

We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our Client's team in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions, ensuring the identification and hiring of top talent. You will collaborate closely with leadership and HR teams to support workforce planning and build strong pipelines for critical roles across the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.

- Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and industry outreach.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for manufacturing, engineering, operations, and corporate roles.

- Coordinate initial candidate screenings and organize interview schedules with hiring teams.

- Monitor and report recruitment metrics, providing updates on hiring progress, candidate pipelines, and market trends.

- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning strategies.

- Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.

- Drive improvements in recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or technical sectors.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple job openings in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing and engagement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Experience recruiting for roles in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or skilled trades is preferred.
