Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees across multiple functions. Reporting to the Director of HR Partner Group, this role will support both strategic initiatives and day-to-day people matters—helping leaders build strong teams, navigate change, and drive engagement in alignment with company values and business priorities.

The role requires a proactive relationship‑orientated HR professional with strong business acumen and the ability to coach leaders, manage complex employee matters, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to functional and departmental leaders by understanding their goals and aligning HR strategies accordingly.
  • Partner with the HR Director to support the implementation of enterprise‑wide initiatives, including organizational design, succession planning and engagement strategies.
  • Provide day‑to‑day guidance on employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, and team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver integrated talent solutions in areas such as learning & development, total reward, and recruitment.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to recommend and implement data‑driven solutions.
  • Support change management efforts, including communication plans, org design, and restructuring initiatives.
  • Foster culture of feedback, accountability and inclusion by modeling best practices and coaching leaders through challenges.
  • Serve as a resource for interpreting policies, practices, and procedures, ensuring consistent and equitable application.
  • Participate in investigations and recommend appropriate resolution paths in partnership with the HR director as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field;
Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR) preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist capacity.
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
