You lead end-to-end HR service delivery by leading a team of an HR Operations Specialist, an Apprentice and Receptionists across our 4 Business Units of the Headquarter while driving transformation: modernising systems, rolling out new tools, improving processes, and translating strategy into execution. Responsibilities
  • Own the People Journey
    • Be the captain of the HR ship across Switzerland – steering everything from onboarding to farewell waves.
    • Make every touchpoint for our employees seamless, joyful, and undeniably human.
    • Juggle contracts, benefits, payroll, and time-off magic without breaking a sweat.
  • Guardian of Compliance
    • Be our Swiss-law superhero – making sure everything ticks all the legal boxes.
    • Be the go-to for tricky questions from federal, cantonal, and communal authorities (cape optional).
    • Keep documents sharp, interactions smooth, and compliance airtight.
  • Leader of Legends
    • Coach, mentor, and inspire our HR Operations & Site Admin squad to greatness.
    • Set priorities that actually make sense and keep the team cruising without chaos.
    • Build a backup plan so smooth that even Murphy’s Law applauds you.
  • Architect of Excellence
    • Design an HR experience people will actually enjoy – think service catalogues, SLAs, and clear pathways.
    • Team up with HRBPs and CoEs to make sure everyone’s marching in the same rhythm.

  • Master of Data & Controls
    • Be the guardian of HR data – accurate, private, and totally audit-ready.
    • Build processes so tight even auditors nod in approval.

Who You Are
  • HR Operations Authority
    • 7+ years rocking HR Operations across the entire employee journey.
    • Hands-on Swiss HR compliance, payroll, and social insurance wizardry.
    • Proven ability to lead HR Ops or Site Admin teams like a true captain.
    • Skilled in setting service standards, juggling priorities, and taming escalations.
  • Governance Pro
    • SOPs, access management, and remediation? You’ve got them covered.
  • Systems-Savvy Strategist
    • HRIS key user or system owner who loves clean data and smooth processes.
    • Fluent in role/access governance, change adoption, and incident triage.
  • Change-Minded Builder
    • End-to-end HR projects are your jam.
    • Strong in leading change in lean, matrixed environments.
  • Swiss HR Professional
    • Bachelor Degree or equivalent professional experience.
    • Swiss HR Operations, Payroll, and Social Insurance credentials.
  • Language Ace
    • German native-level, confident in employee communication and HR documentation.
    • English fluent for collaborating with global stakeholders and partners.
