• Analyze, improve, and execute various base pay and variable compensation programs for the employer and assigned business units
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners on compensation and recognition issues
• Plan and deliver educational tools and meetings with leaders regarding compensation programs
• Evaluate and benchmark compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance
• Manage multiple projects of varying size and complexity

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs
• Strong written communication skills
• Superior ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with HR partners and management
• Strong business and financial acumen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification
• PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification
