We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our Global Payroll team. The primary role involves managing end-to-end payroll processes for India with the opportunity to expand your skillset across the globe. This hands‑on role is suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem solving, and is comfortable managing change.
Job Description
Responsibilities- Process and manage the end‑to‑end payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Reconcile and review payroll data, including tax calculations, benefits, and other deductions.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration between payroll, HR & Finance systems.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of payroll regulations, ensuring compliance in all jurisdictions.
- Address payroll‑related inquiries and issues from employees & the business in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of employee payroll information.
- Collaborate with external payroll service providers and assist in service level management and reporting.
- Stay informed about best practices and industry trends in payroll processing.
- Act as the SME for all things payroll within project work streams and as required
- Excellent operational, legislative and best practice payroll knowledge of India and across any of our other locations would be advantageous. (Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, India, Malaysia, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Thailand, UK & US)
- Experience working with global payroll providers
- Internal and external payroll audit leadership
- Process design and documentation
- Excellent Excel skills
