Job Description
- Implement and support SAP Success Factors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Recruitment.
- Conduct requirement workshops, system configuration, and data migration.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to streamline talent management processes.
- Prepare documentation, conduct testing, and deliver end-user training.
- Ensure integration with SAP On-Premise systems or third-party HR tools.
- Hands-on experience in Success Factors module configuration.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and cloud HCM solutions.
- SAP Success Factors certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
