As a Recruiter/Account Manager
, you’ll partner closely with clients, account managers, and candidates to identify, screen, interview, and place top talent in both contract and permanent roles.

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates using a variety of sourcing tools
• Screen, evaluate, and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and align with client needs
• Present qualified candidates to clients and guide them through the hiring process
• Negotiate compensation, employment terms, and secure candidate commitment for current and future opportunities
• Complete pre-employment processes, including reference checks and background/drug screenings
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify key accounts, target skill sets, market segments, and staffing needs
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide exceptional service, gain market insight, and generate referrals and leads

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales/recruiting experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of motivation with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Sound judgment, discretion, and a strong desire to learn and advance
• Competitive drive and a strong work ethic (former athletes often excel)
