HR Manager

Oerlikon Luxury with its French production sites in Maiche and Mamirolle (Near Besancon), is offering an interesting HR Manager opportunity.

• Be a true business partner: Collaborate and work with leaders, employees and all stakeholders (works council, external bodies) to drive all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development and retention for a population of around 100 employees.
• Lead change: Support organizational growth, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
• Champion talent: Attract, select, and onboard talents to ensure a high-performing workforce.
• Shape culture: Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace where everyone can thrive.
• Drive performance: Drive and enhance performance management processes to align employee goals with company objectives.
• Empower learning: Lead training and development programs that unlock potential and support career growth.
• Ensure compliance: Develop and update HR policies and processes in line with global standards and local regulations.
• Leverage data: Use HR analytics to guide decision-making and continuously improve processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Legal
• 8+ years of HR experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of French labor law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a matrix organization and multicultural environment
• Leadership qualities with a passion for teamwork and empowerment
• Fluency in French and good level of English
• Willingness to travel between production sites
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, ideally SAP Success Factor
• Experience with HRIS systems (Qualtrics, UKG)
• Savvy in using AI in everyday HR life
