HR Operations & Insights Analyst - Award-winning Media Agency, Central London, FOURTEEN PEOPLE
We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytically minded individual with a solid base of HR experience to join our HR team as an HR Operations & Insights Analyst in central London. This is an exciting opportunity to build your HR operations and data & insights skills while being involved in day‑to‑day generalist support.
Responsibilities- Maintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within the HRIS and related systems.
- Produce regular and ad‑hoc HR reports and metrics.
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities – translating findings into key insights.
- Lead the migration to a new HRIS and help upskill team members on the new platform.
- Support HR processes such as onboarding and off‑boarding.
- Improve and streamline existing HR systems and processes.
- Minimum 12 months of HR, People or HR operations experience (ideal in the creative industries).
- Strong interest in HR data, metrics and analytics.
- Experience working with HR systems (HRIS) and managing employee data.
- Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, data manipulation, formulas) – ability to analyse data and present insights clearly.
- Curiosity about learning more about the media/advertising sector.
- Superb attention to detail.
