Overview
Wir suchen eine engagierte HR/Payroll Fachperson, die unsere Kunden auf dem Weg zur Digitalisierung unterstützt und aktiv an der Implementierung moderner Softwarelösungen mitwirkt.
Responsibilities- Einarbeitung in den Arbeitsalltag als Softwareberater/in.
- Weiterentwicklung im Bereich Zeit- und Leistungserfassung.
- Analyse von Kundenprozessen.
- Parametrisierung und Implementierung der Softwarelösung.
- Konfiguration mobiler Zeiterfassungsgeräte.
- Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen.
- Unterstützung der Kunden von Workshops bis zum Go-Live.
- Übernahme des fachlichen Supports.
- Unterstützung bei Software-Updates.
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung.
- Weiterbildung im Personalwesen, in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft.
- Interesse an Digitalisierung, ERP-Systemen und Projekten.
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement.
- Professionelle und präzise Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch.
