Staffing Coordinator –
Arista Care Health Services

Philadelphia, PA

Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement a sustainable staffing strategy.
• Ensure daily staffing is in place for the Nursing Department.
• Monitor the company's staffing needs and take actions to staff accordingly by ensuring coverage for callouts.
• Work with staffing agencies as needed.
• Identify hard‑to‑fill roles and take proactive actions.
• Assist in candidate screening and interviewing.
• Assist with new employee orientation.
• Design and plan work shift schedules.
• Provide assistance with timekeeping for payroll purposes.
• Create, present and submit reports to management.

Requirements

• At least 1‑year experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar role.
• At least 1‑year long‑term care facility experience.
• Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
