Location: Indiana

Join us as an HR Executive and play a key role in our talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives. You’ll be responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle—from identifying top talent and facilitating seamless onboarding to fostering a positive company culture and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming integration into the company culture.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and attendance.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, and cultural celebrations to boost morale.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports and metrics to support management decisions.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and facilitate learning and development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations (Freshers with strong internships are welcome).
  • Prior experience or internship in the IT & Digital Service industry is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to connect with people at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of general HR policies and recruitment best practices.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field. Preference will be given to MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.
