NVR is looking for intelligent, highly motivated, positive, results-oriented employees to join our Darlington, PA manufacturing plant. As a Recruitment / Workforce Development Administrator, you will work within a team to coordinate, maintain, and manage general office duties along with helping to recruit and onboard new employees. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Grow candidate pool and manage Taleo applications
• Manage and maintain open position advertisements
• Phone screen, schedule interviews, and onboard new employees
• Track and manage hiring pipeline
• Engage in local markets
• Attend off-site hiring events
• Support all recruitment/retention initiatives and provide regular metrics updates
• Provide administrative support to the Safety Committee
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

• Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience
• Recruiting experience preferred
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and an effective communicator
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities
• High energy with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn new things and adapt
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, One Note)
