Traverse Alpine Group is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Hotel Manager for Astra Falls Creek, a distinguished recipient of the 'Best Ski Boutique Hotel in Australia' award ten times. This is a unique opportunity to lead one of the premier alpine hospitality properties in the region. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and management of the hotel, ensuring that our esteemed reputation for excellence is upheld and enhanced.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of Astra Falls Creek, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversee all departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, revenue, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality and service throughout the hotelli>
  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and achieve financial targets.
  • Foster a positive work environment, encouraging team collaboration and employee development.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, ensuring all concerns are addressed efficiently.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, financial management, and guest services.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and systems.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
