In this versatile key position, you are the “Enabler” of our entire F&B division. You bridge the gap between administrative precision, cutting-edge hospitality technology, and front-of-house operations. You ensure that technical processes run flawlessly in the background while proactively supporting the F&B management in their daily business. Your Mission - Where Culinary Delight meets Logistics:
- Reservation Management:
You are the primary point of contact for reservations (on-site, phone, email) via our software for all hotel outlets. - Menu Design & Coordination:
In close collaboration with the kitchen, marketing, and restaurant management, you coordinate and update our menus via “Ai-web-to-print.” - Daily Operations:
During the season, you create daily half-board menus, staff menus, and buffet labeling using “Ai-web-to-print” and “Viewneo.” - Guest Experiences:
You process individual guest requests for aperitifs or birthdays, ensuring that "extra touch" that defines our service. - Amenity Management:
Coordinate guest amenities with the Front Office and Room Service, including payment processing via “Saferpay” and “Opera.” - Front-Line Support:
When needed, you actively support our team directly in service, staying close to our guests. - Quality Ambassador:
You ensure compliance with the highest standards (LQA and Forbes Travel Guide) and professionally handle guest feedback and complaints. - Administrative Excellence:
Preparation of corporate invoices and general correspondence (office share approx. 80–90%).
- Foundation:
Completed hotel or commercial apprenticeship, as well as professional experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury hospitality industry. - Linguistic Excellence:
Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken). Italian is a significant asset. - IT Proficiency:
Confident handling of MS Office and hotel systems (e.g., Opera Cloud). - Personality:
You are an organizational talent with absolute reliability and discretion. You remain calm and solution-oriented, even under high pressure. - Host Mindset:
You communicate at the highest service level, possess a poised appearance, and apply a “hands-on” mentality when it counts.
