In this newly created key position, you will actively shape the culinary direction of our property as the strategic driving force behind our Food & Beverage concepts. In this role, you will design the future of our F&B world — visionary, bold, and with the ambition to take excellence to the next level.
Responsibilities- Leadership at eye level:
You lead a team of seven experienced department heads and approximately 70 employees — with clarity, inspiration, and a genuine talent for developing people. - Concept architect & innovator:
You evaluate existing concepts, develop new ideas, identify F&B trends and deliberately leverage them. You think on the next level and create experiences that excite our guests. - Strategy meets profitability:
Budgeting, forecasting, margin optimization — your decisions are data-driven while always keeping the guest experience at the forefront. - Operational excellence:
You establish quality standards, simplify processes, implement new tools, and modernize systems. For you, efficiency is a result of strong leadership. - Connector & multiplier:
You act as a strategic partner to General Management, Culinary, Marketing, Sales, and Events — with foresight, professionalism, and outstanding communication skills. - Creating experiences rather than just planning them:
From wine tastings and pop-up concepts to signature events — you curate memorable moments that stay with our guests long after their stay.
- Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy – ideally complemented by further education in management.
- Several years of leadership experience in the F&B department of a luxury hotel.
- Excellent command of German and English;
Italian is an advantage. - Entrepreneurial mindset, strong affinity with numbers, and a sharp sense for quality.
- Hands-on mentality, diplomatic skills, and a confident presence in every situation.
