Responsibilities

• Setting up and stocking stations.
• Preparing food for service (i.e., prepping items to have behind the line for service or in preparation for banquets).
• Knowledge of our lunch and dinner menu.
• Working with kitchen staff to prepare menu items and banquet items.

Adjacent to the clubhouse is an Olympic‑sized swimming pool with updated lounge chairs and access to the full‑service grille. In addition, Philmont offers its members a plethora of tennis programs designed to entice all skill levels and features 10 Har‑Tru outdoor tennis courts and 3 indoor courts.
