Front Office Agent

Responsibilities

• You support the team in all aspects of daily operations
• Check-in and check-out of hotel guests
• Guest care
• Invoice checks
• Daily accounts
• Restaurant accounts
• Credit card controlling
• Compliance with and application of LQA standards

• You have a commercial or equivalent qualification and several years of similar professional experience in the hotel industry
• You are a friendly, well‑groomed person who loves contact with our guests
• You enjoy working in a team
• You are flexible, resilient, conscientious, detail‑ and customer‑orientated
• You have a good knowledge of German, French and English; other languages are welcome
• Language required:
  English. German and French are a plus
