The Hapimag Resort in Interlaken is located on the popular promenade on the Höheweg with spectacular views of the Jungfrau. In addition to 105 spacious flats, the resort has a spa area, an indoor pool, a playroom for the children, conference rooms and a Swiss restaurant with a spacious terrace.

To support our kitchen team, we are looking for a committed, motivated and friendly personality to join us from 1 April 2026.

• Professional service for our guests in the restaurant in accordance with Hapimag’s service culture and standards
• Actively greeting guests, seating them and advising them on food and drink selections
• Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and managing the cash register
• Actively upselling and cross-selling F&B offerings to increase guest satisfaction and sales
• Ensuring smooth service in the assigned station
• Compliance with hygiene, quality and data protection guidelines when interacting with guests

• Completed training in catering or hospitality
• Professional experience in hospitality or catering is an advantage
• Strong guest focus and enjoyment of personal service
• Well‑groomed appearance, excellent manners and high resilience
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Good knowledge of German, other languages are an advantage (English, French, etc.)
