To execute the position of Sales Assistant Manager, I have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar or greater role in luxury hotels with proven results. I possess a minimum of a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and more than one year’s experience in a sales role in travel, hospitality or luxury goods background.

Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including PMS, GDS and CRM platforms. I have knowledge of hotel/resort and policies regarding reservations, discounts, MICE platforms.

I have client management experience. I have an excellent command of written and spoken English & French with some knowledge of the local language and customs.
