• Actively assist the head of the reservations department and share responsibility for coordinating the training and development of the team and individual employees.
• Manage individual and group reservations—from initial offer to confirmation—while adhering to the standards of The Leading Hotels of the World, Swiss Deluxe Hotels, and our internal quality management system.
• Provide personalized support to our international guests throughout the entire reservation process.
• Maintain and manage guest data in our booking system, Protel.
• Share responsibility for the daily optimization of occupancy and monitoring of target occupancy goals.
• Coordinate and implement rate strategies and booking conditions in close collaboration with the Reservations & Revenue Manager.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of revenue management strategies, including price adjustments and loading of rates and packages.
• Monitor and optimize availability and content on online distribution channels (CRS, GDS).
• Process and follow up on commission‑related matters.
• Act as a quality management lead for the reservations department.

• You have completed a commercial or equivalent education.
• At least two years of professional experience in reservations or revenue management in the upscale hotel industry.
• You are a lively, well‑groomed individual who enjoys interacting with our guests.
• You have excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• You enjoy working as part of a team.
• You are flexible, resilient, conscientious, detail‑oriented, and customer‑focused.
• You have excellent command of German, French, and English – additional languages are very welcome.
