• Maintains a positive attitude at all times, supporting the policies of Senior Management of the Casino.
• Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
• This is a uniformed position, which requires that team member’s are in compliance with uniformed appearance standards while on duty.
• Clean bar and equipment and replenish bar supplies.
• Stock refrigeration units with inventory.
• Replace empty beer kegs.
• Wash glasses, bar equipment, and polish bar fixtures.
• Mop floors, carry out trash, remove empty bottles.
• May assist bartender in the mixing and serving of drinks.
• Keep bar area clean and organized at all times
• Responsible for assisting all F&B outlets if needed
• Perform EDI duties such as filling beverage orders for F&B outlets, fill liquor tree, replace empty BIBS.
• Responsible for assisting serving drinks on casino floor, when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have excellent guest service skills
• Must be very friendly and outgoing.
• Must be able to stand for a minimum eight (8) hour shift.
• Locations on casino floor are noisy and smoky.
• Will also encounter intoxicated guests frequently.
• Provide representation of department in specific project and company meetings.
