Responsible for making sure our facilities are clean and meet brand standards, Housekeepers are detail‑oriented masters of Hospitality.

Job Responsibilities
  • Organize and assign room assignments for daily cleaning service to guest rooms as well as common areas and commercial spaces.
  • Inspect rooms, verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms and enter into property management system.
  • Submit work orders, as needed
  • Ensure excellent internal and external guest experience
  • Emphasize safety culture among staff and keep them informed of safety policies and procedures.
  • Train new employees on safety, room directions/specifications, stocking carts, and ergonomics.
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Enforces policies and procedures
  • Direct and be in charge of department when housekeeping managers are not present.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Job Requirements
  • Valid US drivers license - required
  • 1-3 years of previous housekeeping experience preferred, guest service or hospitality a plus
  • Must be able to communicate in English, bilingual a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including split shifts, nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods, up to 4 hours while consistently bending and lifting
  • Detail oriented, self‑motivating and strong communicator, both written & verbal
  • Must be flexible, adaptable, versatile, and responsive to the needs of the housekeeping responsibilities
  • Ability to delegate tasks, maintain high cleanliness standards, and provide exception guest service without direct supervision

The expected pay range is $23.00/hr – $26.53/hr this is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
