Job Description
As a Pharmaceutical Inventory Management Technician
, your work ensures the safe, accurate, and compliant handling of medicines and clinical supplies. By maintaining precise inventory records, organizing storage areas, and managing materials with care, you help protect product integrity and patient safety. Every correct count, every properly stored item, and every compliant action directly supports researchers, healthcare providers, and patients relying on these essential products.
- Receive, document, and store materials per GMP
- Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts
- Manage drug returns and support sample activities
- Restock supplies and remove expired items
- Stage materials for production and provide cold-storage backup
- Stay current on safety and GMP training
- Follow SOPs and report issues promptly
- Complete accurate documentation
- Support team needs, including occasional overtime
- Frequent standing/walking
- Lift up to 25 lbs
- Use manual/electric pallet jacks
- High School Diploma with 5–7 years of warehouse or inventory experience OR
- Associate’s Degree with 3–5 years of experience
- Previous experience in a GMP‑regulated environment
- Ability to follow written procedures (SOPs) accurately
Position is Full-Time, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of West Point, PA are encouraged to apply.
