Overview
The School Nurse is directly responsible to the principal of their respectively assigned school. With principal approval, the school nurse is responsible for all aspects of the health program including instruction, student care, public and parental relations as well as any clerical duties related to the student health program. Responsibilities- Responsible for all aspects of the health program including instruction, student care and related clerical duties as approved by the principal.
- Manage public and parental relations related to student health programs.
- RN License
- PA School Nurse Certification (Out of state certification requires a commitment to become PA teacher certified)
- Basic Life Support Certification
