PRO Pediatric Services is seeking exceptional Behavioral Health Workers to provide services within a local intermediate unit.
Job Details- Location: Monroeton, PA
- Schedule: Full-time, M-F 8:15am-3:30pm
- Caseload: K-9, Autistic Support and Emotional Support classrooms
- Requirements: Must have a Bachelors degree and experience working with children with behavioral challenges. Previous experience as a Behavioral Health Worker is highly preferred.
- General Responsibilities: Behavioral Health Workers provide behavior support to all students within the classroom, support individual behavioral plans and interventions, run daily social-emotional groups, provide direct behavioral instruction, and model appropriate behavior for students.

- Bachelors degree is required
- Strong desire and motivation to work with children/youth with a behavioral health diagnosis
- A minimum of one-year experience working with children with behavioral challenges
- Previous experience as a Behavioral Health Worker is highly preferred
- Completion of the 40 hour RBT training is highly preferred. A free course can be found through Autism Partnership Foundation.
- Current clearances (within 6 months);
Safety-Care certification is a plus
