Sales Representative

The Role

This position covers sales responsibility for Eastern Switzerland, working closely with hospitals and clinical teams in anaesthesia, intensive care, surgery and wound care. The role combines account management, business development and clinical support, including product training and in-theatre or ICU-based demonstrations. It is well suited to someone with a clinical background who enjoys customer-facing work and building long-term relationships in a hospital environment.

• Manage and develop hospital accounts in Eastern Switzerland
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clinicians and procurement teams
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the region
• Deliver product training and provide clinical support in ICU, operating room and ward settings
• Represent the company at congresses, workshops, and customer events

• Background in a clinical or healthcare-related profession
• Experience working in hospital environments such as ICU, anaesthesia, operating room or wound care
• Some experience in sales, medical devices or a customer-facing commercial role
• Comfortable working in clinical settings and interacting with healthcare professionals
• Very good German skills;
  English required, French a plus
• High level of motivation, flexibility and willingness to travel within the region
